Town Hall: State of the School 2025

The School of Pharmacy held a State of the School Town Hall on Sept. 10, 2025 that drew more than 120 attendees in person and via Zoom.
During the event:
- Dean Kathy Giacomini, PhD, BSPharm, discussed the school's progress over the last three years and shared her strategic vision for the future.
- Alesia Woods, vice dean of administration and finance, provided a budget overview.
- Sharon Youmans, Joanne Chun, and Aashish Manglik discussed the school's academic degree programs during an education panel, moderated by Fraylanie Aglipay.
- Nevan Krogan, director of the Quantitative Biosciences Institute, and Jonathan Watanabe, chair of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, engaged in a research panel moderated by Giacomini.
- Chief Pharmacy Officer Noelle Chapman and Assistant Chief Pharmacy Officer Lisa Kroon delivered a clinical practice presentation
