Betty-ann Hoener, PhD, professor, UCSF School of Pharmacy, was honored April 27, 2004 by the UCSF Academic Senate as a recipient of the 2003-2004 Distinction in Teaching Award.

Ban voted on tobacco industry funds

UCSF faculty members voted last December 52% to 48% to no longer accept funds from manufacturers of tobacco products or their subsidiaries.
