What I do
I completed specialty training in cardiology and currently practice inpatient internal medicine. My primary clinical research focus is in anticoagulation. I also have educational research interests in experiential education.

Biography
Dr. Tiffany Pon is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco. Her clinical practice site is at the University of California, Davis Medical Center (UCDMC) where she provides clinical services in internal medicine. She is also the Program Director for the Greater Sacramento Area Experiential Education site. Research interests primarily involve anticoagulation (dosing and application in special populations) and experiential education. She is also passionate about leadership within the profession and is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
