Newsletter and Social Media Submission Form

To promote the school’s leadership and expertise, send us news items for consideration for the School of Pharmacy faculty-staff newsletter and social media channels.

What should I send?

Please send us the following items that have occurred within the last four weeks:

  • Honors and awards received by SOP faculty members, staff members or postdoctoral scholars
  • Keynote addresses, podium presentations and poster presentations delivered at conferences or symposiums
  • Programs, initiatives, or community/industry partnerships
  • Publications
  • Upcoming events featuring an SOP salaried faculty or staff member

When should I submit?

Submissions received by the fourth Monday in a month are considered for publication on the first Tuesday of the next month.

What info do I need to provide?

Maximum of 100 words. Example: [First name, last name], professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, received the Pharmacist of the Year Award from the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists at a reception on Feb. 14, 2025 in Palm Springs in recognition of significant and sustained contributions to pharmacy practice in the state.
At least 1200 pixels wide. 25 MB maximum. If more than one photo, upload your photos in a zip file. Or, in the website links field, include a link to a filesharing folder such as Box.
Do you have permission from everyone in the photo to submit this photo for publication in the School of Pharmacy’s communications?
If you have submitted a photo with more than one person, please list their names. e.g., left to right, clockwise from top left, etc.
