The Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) at UCSF presents Scientific Collaborations Across Borders: a QBI Fireside Chat, co-organized by the Embassy of France in San Francisco. This live virtual fireside chat features Nevan Krogan of QBI, Marco Vignuzzi of Institut Pasteur, and is moderated by Héloïse Pajot of the Embassy of France in San Francisco. The live conversation focuses on Pasteur’s collaborative research with the QBI Coronavirus Research Group (QCRG). We highlight the challenges and solutions for conducting international scientific collaboration, especially amid the pandemic. It is first of the recurring series to emphasize the importance of scientific cooperation across borders.
