United States What I do
I serve as the control point for all academic and staff human resource (HR) functions in the School of Pharmacy. I am responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, and managing the School’s academic and staff recruitment, onboarding, advancement, professional development, and separation processes. I manage the HR liaisons and have direct oversight of the School’s HR unit.
