In my role as the Director of Operations, I hold the responsibility of managing HR, IT, and facilities, in addition to managing special projects and contributing to the strategic planning across different groups and programs. My aim is to ensure a high level of efficiency and processes in our administrative operations. To achieve this, I diligently monitor policies and processes, conducting thorough analyses to assess their effectiveness, and devising strategies to enhance and improve them.
