Fund Black Scientists
The Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) at UCSF presents a live panel to address the need to fund black scientists by implementing institutional changes. The conversation’s goal is to shine a light on the barriers minority scientists face and discuss a set of detailed action items that would foster an optimal framework for equity and inclusion in the biosciences through federal and private funding agencies.
Moderator
Tejal Desai, professor and chair of the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco
