What I do

I am the Manager for the Informatics and Automation Teams at UCSF Health. I received my PharmD from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2008 and completed residencies in Pharmacy and Critical Care at the University of Kentucky before joining UCSF in 2010, where I practiced as a Critical Care Pharmacist for ten years. Through improvement work and research as a clinician, I discovered an interest in using the electronic health record to drive high value care and transitioned to a role in clinical informatics. My current leadership role focuses on developing optimal medication-use systems by leveraging technology, analytics and automation.
