Jaekyu Shin demonstrates exceptional teaching abilities, particularly during the cardio block, where he explained challenging concepts in lectures that are clear, concise, thorough and easy to understand. Students remarked on his responsiveness when they had questions, even after the cardio block, as well as his passion for teaching.

2022-2023: Marieke Kruidering, PhD

Marieke Kruidiering demonstrates excellence in teaching and her lectures are lauded by students for being enjoyable, simple and straight to the point. She is open to questions from students and provides meaningful responses that relate to how learners should think about pharmacy material. She easily connects with students, who say that Kruidering's teaching makes learning fun, engaging, and worthwhile.

2023-2024: Rupa Tuan, PhD

Rupa Tuan consistently demonstrates exceptional teaching abilities, particularly during the neuropsychiatric block, where she goes above and beyond to ensure students have a deep understanding of the material. Her commitment to student development is evident in her innovative and engaging teaching methods, such as incorporating games, a point award system, and an escape room to make learning enjoyable and effective. Tuan's ability to connect on a personal level and listen to feedback creates a supportive and comfortable learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and actively participate.
