Pay your registration fee deposit

You must reserve your place in the incoming class and establish your residency for tuition purposes by submitting the following to the Office of the Registrar:

File a registration fee deposit

1. Download and complete the Registration Fee Deposit PharmD form:

   Registration Fee Deposit PharmD Form PDF, 1 page, 30 KB, Requires Adobe Reader

2. Mail the form, along with a Registration Fee Deposit of US$100 (check or money order only, made payable to UC Regents), to the address indicated on the form.

If you pay by check, your canceled check will serve as your receipt.
