Jere Goyan, former UCSF dean, dies

Jere Goyan, PhD, former dean of the UCSF School of Pharmacy and former commissioner of the United States Food and Drug Administration died on January 17, 2007 in his home in Kingwood, Texas.

UCSF School of Pharmacy #1 among peers

The UCSF School of Pharmacy maintains its ranking as the best doctor of pharmacy degree program in the United States, according to a 2005 survey conducted by U.S. News & World Report. Results were published in America's Best Graduate Schools, 2007 Edition.
