Neely appointed BTS department manager and MSO

Dear faculty and staff,

It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of William (Bill) Neely as the department manager and MSO for the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences (BTS).

Bill has been the Finance Manager of BTS for the past seven years, and in this capacity he has helped guide the department through its many financial challenges. He designed, implemented and supported several financial initiatives, allowing departmental growth while controlling costs. Prior to BTS, Bill was a senior officer in the financial services sector, where he held both operations and financial responsibilities which included customer service, strategic planning and business development.

Bill’s business insights and commitment to education carry on the capable leadership provided by his predecessor, Maria Friciello. We thank Maria for her service to the department and welcome Bill to his new role.
