Date and Time Format

INCORRECT:
The Webcast takes place on Wednesday, 02/04/04.
The Webcast takes place on Wednesday, 2-4-04.
The Webcast takes place on Wednesday, 4 February 2004.

CORRECT:
The Webcast takes place on Wednesday, February 4, 2004.

ACCEPTABLE:
The Webcast takes place on Wed, Feb 4, 2004.

Whenever space allows, spell out dates in a format matching
February 4, 2004
instead of using an ambiguous date format such as
02/04/2004
which could mean April 2, 2004 to some people. Although we use the American standard date format, it is unambiguous -- even across translation -- when the month is spelled out.

Also, whenever space allows, include the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) to save visitors the trouble of looking it up.
