Ambiguous Language

Use caution with terminology or date references which might be unintentionally ambiguous:

INCORRECT:
She is known nationwide for her clinical and research expertise.

CORRECT:
She is known throughout the United States for her clinical and research expertise.

INCORRECT:
Join us at the festival tomorrow at noon!

CORRECT:
Join us at the festival at noon on Tuesday, October 12!
