How is my directory information used? The School and University use directory information in a variety of ways. For example:
We recognize your need for privacy, and we balance that in good faith with our desire to distribute directory information in compliance with the law. Example: Telephone NumbersAlthough we designate telephone numbers as directory information, we distribute them only to people or organizations affiliated with the University as necessary to further your academic career and to simplify communication. If someone not affiliated with the University requests your telephone number (or other directory information), we do not supply it. Directory information is not freely made available to the public, but it is so designated above because we distribute it to others within the University, and we are legally obligated to provide notice of that. May I keep my directory information private?Yes. You must notify us in writing. PharmD students: Contact the Office of Student & Curricular Affairs. Other School of Pharmacy students: Contact your program administrator.
