Grievance Procedures

If circumstances should arise in which you feel it necessary to seek remedy for a complaint, the University's Student Grievance Procedure provides you with a structured approach toward a solution.

The faculty and administration of the School encourage open dialogue to prevent or minimize misunderstandings and to respond to student concerns regarding all aspects of the student's experience including the School's compliance with the accreditation standards. If you have a complaint or concern, we encourage you to contact the Office of Student & Curricular Affairs to discuss options for resolution.

In addition to the above policies and procedures for the resolution of student concerns, complaints regarding the School of Pharmacy's compliance with accreditation standards that are not resolved through school or campus mechanisms may be directed to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

  • Students - Provides information for students about ACPE.
  • Complaints - Describes the process for filing a complaint with ACPE.
