Transcripts

In order to complete your application and confirm your eligibility for the exams, the Board must receive a final transcript with your degree posted.

When you file for graduation, you submit a transcript request and fee for a transcript to be sent to the California Board. Transcripts are issued by the Registrar's office and sent directly to the Board with your California Exam/License application materials.

Transcripts for winter graduates are ready in late April. Transcripts for spring graduates are ready in late July.

All requirements must be met and all deficiencies on your record must be cleared in order for your degree to post. Any incomplete coursework at the end of winter quarter will delay the issuance of your final transcript. To insure that your transcripts are sent as indicated above, you must adhere to the due dates provided by your pathway.
