Filing for Graduation

To file for graduation: Complete the 3 forms below and send them to our office so that we receive them on or before your filing deadline. These forms require Adobe Reader.

Graduation Quarter	Filing Deadline
Winter	February 1
Spring	May 1
Summer	September 1
Fall	November 1

If the filing deadline falls on a weekend or University holiday, the deadline is automatically moved to the following business day.

A US$10.00 check for the Transcript Request Fee made payable to UC Regents (unless you will use one of your complimentary transcripts).
A self-addressed envelope (standard business size #10: 9.5" x 4.125"). We will mail a copy of the affidavit for the 600 hours you earn through the curriculum to you at this address.
