Unfortunately, neither Outlook 97 nor Outlook 98 are recommended or supported to connect to your UCSF e-mail account. Both of these applications are over 10 years old, are no longer supported by Microsoft, and might contain security vulnerabilities that put your data at risk.
We recommend that you visit the campus computer store The Technology Store, where you can purchase the latest version of Outlook with a special student discount.
