How to resolve problems using your UCSF e-mail account.
Common problems

Mailbox too full
You've received an e-mail message from the e-mail administrator saying that your account has reached its limit of storage space for messages. -
Trouble changing password
You're unable to successfully change your password. -
Lost or forgotten password
You lost or forgot your password. -
Outlook is trying to retrieve data...
This message appears in a pop-up balloon, and Outlook seems to hang permanently or for a long time, preventing you from using e-mail. -
Resolve spam problems
(a) I'm getting too much spam and (b) Legitimate messages aren't going into my inbox. -
Attachments are missing
You receive an e-mail that should have had an attachment, but instead of the attachment, you see a message saying that the attachment was removed or deleted or won't display correctly. -
Unable to send attachments
When you attempt to send an e-mail with an attachment, a message appears saying that the attachment is potentially unsafe. -
Message is undeliverable
You've received a message stating "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients" or a similar error message.
