Use the Modify GALEN Account feature. (Collaborative Learning Environment (CLE/Moodle) uses the same list of logins and passwords as the GALEN system.)

Use the "Forgotten your username or password?" feature on the CLE home page.

Submit course evaluations at the end of the quarter.

Connect to the new-in-2009 campus wireless networks called UCSFnet and UCSFwpa and log in to VPN and other applications listed in your MyAccess home page.

Log in to MyAccess, then click the Change Password link.

Visit MyAccess, enter your username, then click the "Forgot your password?" link.

New Student

Update your contact information with the Office of the Registrar when you are a new student and have not yet registered for your first fall quarter.

Unfortunately, this system does not allow you to change your password.

pwmanage

Unlock your account if your password has expired for your UCSF e-mail account or for your account to log in to computers in the IRC computer lab.

pwmanage uses a series of questions and answers instead of passwords. To manage these, log in to pwmanage.ucsf.edu.

If you're unable to remember the correct answers to the questions you set up in pwmanage, call UCSF Customer Support at 415/514-4100 (Option 2).
