Submit your official transcripts

As previously outlined on Checklist: Transcripts, you must submit an official copy of your transcripts for all college level work completed, according to the timetable below.

PharmCAS does not forward transcripts to our office. You must have official transcripts (from all colleges attended) sent to our office.

Failure to do so could affect your admission status.
