Submit a Statement of Legal Residence

You must reserve your place in the incoming class and establish your residency for tuition purposes by submitting the following to the Office of Admission and Registrar (OAR):

File a statement of legal residence

1. Download and complete the Statement of Legal Residence for New and Readmitted Students available at California Residency.
2. Mail the form to:

   Office of Admission and Registrar (OAR)

   San Francisco, CA 94143-0244
