Register for Fall quarter

About Registration

In mid-August, you will receive a registration packet from the Office of the Registrar.

At UCSF, the term registering is used to denote formally enrolling in the University -- it does not refer to your schedule of classes.

Information about registration procedures and deadlines is available at Registration.

Steps to Register

There are 3 steps you must complete in order to formally register:

  1. Indicate your intent to enroll.
  2. Pay your fees.
  3. After Orientation, file your study list, which is the list of classes you intend to take for fall quarter.

Check for Holds

Be sure to check for holds before the registration window opens.
