The School of Pharmacy can assist you with all computer issues related to your academic program. Our resources for helping you with other computer issues is limited. You can find answers to many computer questions at:
When necessary, we'll refer you to resources outside of UCSF.
A reminder: most new, brand name computers include a service plan with the vendor from which it was purchased. If your computer is still covered by such an arrangement (check your receipt), use it! -- you've already paid for it.
We recommend at least 3 years of parts and labor warranty for new computer purchases.
