About declaring a preference

You may declare a preference for a single pathway, or you may declare for 2 of the 3 pathways.

  • If you declare for just one pathway, put a checkmark in the blank to the left of that pathway's name.
  • If you declare for more than one pathway, you must rank the pathways in order of preference, indicating your first choice by a 1 in the blank to the left of the pathway name, and your second choice by a 2. These rankings will be kept confidential. (The members of the pathway committees will not be able to see them.) If you decide to withdraw your application to your 2nd-ranked pathway, contact us before decisions are announced. If both the pathways that you have ranked accept you, you will be assigned to the pathway that you ranked as your first choice.
