BPS 113 Drug Delivery Systems:
This course will introduce student pharmacists to the various routes and delivery systems for administration of drugs.
Prerequisites: Concurrent enrollment in BPS 114 and 115 or permission of the instructor.

CP 113 Pharmacy Practice III:
Students are exposed to a variety of pharmacy practice environments, including parenteral products and infusion devices, alternative medicine and continue with the therapeutics of non-prescription products and career opportunities.

BPS 114 Bioinformatics:
This course is an introduction to bioinformatics and other informatics resources for student pharmacists. The goal is to familiarize students with primary informatics resources for research and patient information and to introduce them to fundamentals of human health from the perspective of the human genome and related projects.
Prerequisites: Concurrent enrollment in BPS 114 and 115 or permission of the instructor.
Lecture: 1.5 hours. Lab: 3 hours (5 weeks only). 2 units

This course will introduce student pharmacists to the basic principles of genetics and apply them to pharmacogenetics.

Anatomy 116 Gross Anatomy:
A study of the macroscopic structure of the human body by means of lectures and dissections. Functional aspects of the structures are stressed. Intended for students in the School of Pharmacy.
