Send to PharmCAS

Transcripts that must be sent to PharmCAS must be received by the November 3, 2008 deadline. Contact your schools to order these transcripts well in advance of November 3, 2008. This applies to transcripts, through the summer term, from:

1. U.S. schools
2. Canadian institutions where English is the language of record, and

3. The following overseas U.S. institutions:

   • American College in Jerusalem (closed in 1976)
   • American College in Switzerland
   • American College of Thessaloniki
   • American University in Beirut
   • American University in Bulgaria
   • American University in Cairo
   • American University of Paris
   • American University of Rome
   • Franklin College Switzerland
   • Richmond American University of London
   • Huron University in London
   • John Cabot University in Rome
   • McDaniel College in Budapest

   This list is not all-inclusive. For details, see the PharmCAS application instructions or contact PharmCAS.

These transcripts should be sent directly to PharmCAS according to the PharmCAS application instructions. See the PharmCAS mailing address.

Other Colleges and Universities

Send transcripts from schools that don't fit into the categories above to UCSF instead. See Submitting Transcripts for the UCSF Supplemental Application.

Expect to submit these same transcripts again to UCSF

If offered admission, you will be required to submit new official copies of all transcripts to the UCSF School of Pharmacy in April. This includes transcripts you may have previously submitted to PharmCAS. See Checklist: Transcripts.
