On Form C, if I repeated a course, what grade do I list?

Answer

Since you must account for all prerequisite course work, you must list both your original grade and the grade for the repeat. The instructions for Form C require you to list the information for all instances of a course that is being applied towards the prerequisites. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your application.
