Question	When printing, I receive an error message on my screen and at the bottom of Form A: "Warning: Form A is incomplete!"
Answer	Are you using version 8 or later of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader? If not, you must upgrade to version 8 or later. Are any lines in A3 blank? If you have never applied to UCSF School of Pharmacy before, you must submit at least 3 recommendations through PharmCAS, so each of the first 3 lines must contain a name of a recommender. Reapplicants must submit at least 1 and no more than 4 recommendations. Are any checkboxes in A5 not selected? (You must agree to all items in A5 by selecting all checkboxes.) If you download a new copy of Form A and reenter your information, does the problem still exist? If you're still unable to print Form A without an error message, contact us.
