Criminal Background Check
UCSF → School of Pharmacy → PharmD Degree Program → Admissions → Application Process → Step 1: Minimum Eligibility Requirements → Criminal Background CheckUpon entering Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs), students may be required to undergo a criminal background check to meet the requirements of the hospital or clinic facility. Additional information about this requirement will be provided when you enter the rotation portion of the PharmD program.
