We mail interview invitations. You must formally accept your offer to interview.

Academic Update Window opens: Applicants with changes to their course schedules must enter them in PharmCAS. Fall 2008 grades should also be entered.

• Interviews held at UCSF School of Pharmacy.

• Admissions decisions are finalized and each applicant is mailed his/her status by April 1.
• You must formally accept your offer of admission or your invitation to be an alternate.
• As soon as grades are posted -- without waiting for your transcript to reflect your degree -- send your winter transcripts to our office. See Checklist: Transcripts for additional details.

If admitted, expect to receive a variety of mailings from other campus offices, such as the Registrar and Housing, which you must complete and return to maintain your admission status.

• If admitted, confirm your planned schedule of summer classes. If this schedule differs from what you specified in your PharmCAS application, complete and submit the Change of Course Schedule form with our office.

• Alternates on the waiting list are sent monthly updates on their status.

• If admitted, you send your registration fees and forms to Registrar's Office.

You are required to provide verification that you have completed all prerequisites with coursework approved by our office. Admitted students will be sent details on this process in August.
