Sharon Youmans, PharmD, MPH

Vice Dean and Professor

I serve as Vice Dean of the School of Pharmacy and lead all aspects of School administration in the absence of the dean. My specific responsibilities are to oversee the education and diversity initiatives of the School.

Eleanor Vogt, PhD, RPh

Professor

My focus is on evolving health policy issues affecting patient safety and pharmacy practice. I am particularly interested in introducing more humanistic elements in health professional education, such as compassion and empathy via affective learning and reflection.

Robin Corelli, PharmD

Professor

I am a Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and a licensed practicing pharmacist. My research and practice efforts have been focused on the community pharmacist’s role as an advocate for positive health outcomes through disease prevention and treatment. This includes work in the areas of asthma, COPD, tobacco cessation, immunization delivery, and medication therapy management.

Mitra Assemi Bennett, PharmD

Assoc Dean, Professor

I am the Associate Dean for Assessment and Quality Improvement. In this role, I focus on quality assurance and quality improvement for the Doctor of Pharmacy degree program. I am also an Experiential Program Director for the School's Fresno program, one of six sites in California where fourth year Doctor of Pharmacy students complete the experiential or advanced "hands-on" portion of their studies. In this role, I am responsible for developing and delivering the courses and experiences students complete during their time in Fresno.

Donald Kishi, PharmD

Professor

As Associate Dean for Student and Curricular Affairs in the Office of Student and Curricular Affairs, I mentor, advise, and work closely with students and faculty to monitor and support the successful progress of students in the PharmD program. I advise student organizations including the Associated Students of the School of Pharmacy, the Academy of Student Pharmacists, and Community Outreach Student Alliance and provide guidance and approval for student community health events. I represent the School of Pharmacy on campus committees (such as the Student Health Advisory Committee) and work closely with the Alumni Association to build events for networking, professional development, and employment. I serve as the mentoring facilitator for the Department of Clinical Pharmacy. I also work on special projects for the dean and vice dean.
