How can I participate?
This page describes how UCSF School of Pharmacy students, faculty, and staff can participate in how we use Flickr.
- Review our participation guidelines.
- Sign up with Flickr, either with a free or pro account, then upload your photos and videos. If you want to share photos related to a student organization, see if it has a Flickr account you can use instead of your own.
- Join one or more of the Flickr groups we've created. Examples:
- Join by who you are: PharmD professional student, PhD graduate student, faculty, or staff.
- Join by where you are: Parnassus, Mission Bay, Laurel Heights. (More locations are listed in the School's Flickr profile.)
- Join by the research group to which you belong. Examples: Babbitt, Benet, Brodsky, Burlingame, Craik, Dill. More: Our Flickr Groups.
- Join by when you graduate: PharmD Class of 2010, PharmD Class of 2011, PharmD Class of 2012, PharmD Class of 2013.
- Submit your photos and videos to the appropriate groups. (See How do I share a photo with a group?)
That's it! Your photos and videos will automatically appear on any web page displaying a Flickr badge or a feed of the group's photos or videos.
Example: If you submitted to UCSF Parnassus or UCSF Mission Bay, see your photo now on our Virtual Tour page.
If you have a blog or are in charge of a student organization website or your own website, also see Flickr for Web Developers.
