Receive emergency notices by SMS or email
About emergency alerts
You can receive emergency notices by SMS or email. Some systems provide notices specific to the University, and other systems provide notices specific to county governments. These services are available at no charge, but text message charges might apply to you depending on your mobile phone plan.
- Sign up for those locations that apply to you. If your location is not listed, it means that we are not aware of emergency notification systems for that location. If you know of one that we are missing, let us know, and we'll add it to the list.
- Also remember those who care about you. Share this page with them or get their permission to include their contact information in your alert settings.
- For assistance with any of these systems, contact the system owner.
