As the Human Resources Liaison, I'm responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, and in consultation with Staff and Postdoc Human Resources (HR) Shared Services, coordinating School of Pharmacy’s Staff and Postdoc recruitments, onboarding, renewal, and separation processes for the Staff and Postdoc populations. Reporting to the SOP's HR Director, I manage the SOP’s Staff and Postdoc activities, serve as a key administrative resource for faculty and departmental leadership, and is a member of SOP’s primary liaison team to the HR Shared Services. I serve as the primary point of contact for Staff and Postdoc HR initiatives.
